Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 1 business working day. Once your order is processed, you will receive your MiniSneak's order within 48 hours. If you are outside the UK, please allow 3-10 days for your MiniSneak's order to arrive.

How much do you charge for shipping?

If you are in the UK, our delivery charge is £1.99. If your order is above £20, you will qualify for free delivery. If you are outside of the UK, we charge £6.99.

We use Royal Mail to get your orders delivered.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we do, please head over to our Instagram page to see what current discount we have running. We aim to have a discount running every week.

All orders come with the following:

1 x Keyring of your choice

1 x Matching box

1 x Bag

If you would like a pair, please order two at check out & place notes for left & right.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can open a refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.
